As a former Human Resources Executive, Maureen understands the importance of unlocking organizational, team, and individual potential. With over 30 years of leadership experience in small to mid-size organizations, she is skilled in developing and implementing sound HR solutions and in coaching leaders to advance organizational effectiveness.
As the President and Owner of CPI – Twin Cities, Maureen leads a team of highly talented consultants who are thought leaders in their respective disciplines. Her background includes senior level HR leadership roles including HRM/HRD functional start-ups in the professional services, engineering, high and low-tech manufacturing, and financial services sectors. She has extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational design/redesign, talent management, change management, and operations consulting.
Maureen believes in a collaborative, systematic, and holistic approach to organizational development. She has provided leadership in companies growing rapidly through mergers and acquisitions and is uniquely positioned to work with leaders and their teams in navigating change. Given first-hand knowledge of the complexity her clients are facing, Maureen brings deep understanding, authenticity, and a sense of humor to her consulting and coaching engagements.
Greg Vertelman is the Chief Growth Officer and Senior Partner at The Talent Company. He oversees the strategic direction of customer growth, customer experience, and strategic partnerships. Greg brings over 18 years of experience in Human Capital Solutions consulting focused on recruitment, coaching, career transition and outplacement. He is deeply connected within the HR community and is passionate about networking, connecting others, building community, and “leading with a give”.
Greg is all about finding ways to help people, to bring value in every engagement, and continually push innovative solutions and approaches that give customers a competitive advantage in an ever changing workplace.
Greg is a current member of the Career Partners International Board of Directors and former Canadian Regional Chair of Career Partners International. He has also held Board appointments on one of Canada’s largest HR Association chapters and a not-for-profit charity that addresses food security challenges across university campuses and communities. Laura has performed as a Regional Leader for CPI in Latin America since 2019. She holds the position of General Manager at Hidalgo & Asociados, a company focused on the processes of management of Human Resources and which has been 34 years in the Argentinean market, counting with offices in Buenos Aires, Chile and Uruguay. She has been working for 22 years in this company, leading a team of 82 professionals and dealing with clients from international companies with presence all over the countries belonging to the region.
Laura is a psychologist, specialized in HR and she has been a professor in the field Human Resources for more than 20 years at some of the most prestigious institutions in Argentina. Currently, she carries out mentoring processes and teaches at Torcuato Di Tella University (The subject of Development of Interpersonal Skills at the Business Administration BA Course of Studies), at Austral University ( The subject of People Management at the Business Administration BA Course of Studies) and she also holds Corporate Management Courses at San Andrés University.
Jannine Fraser is the Managing Director of the Career Insight Group and co-founder of Directioneering. Since 2002 Jannine together with an extraordinary team developed what is now the leading provider of Career Strategy and Talent Management solutions in Australia. Her passion for working with Australia’s business leaders to help them navigate their careers, particularly through times of transition, is deeply embedded in the group.
Jannine now leads The Career Insight Group, which brings together Australia’s leading career management firms to provide Career Advisory services for its clients. Audrey Page and Associates joined the group in 2014 alongside the newly established Twopointzero – a career review offering for younger Australians; and the introduction of Thrive as an entirely on-line offering. As a group these offerings now encompass the depth and breadth of ‘best in class’ career transition support available within Australia.
Across more than 20 years, senior executives have sought out Jannine’s advise to help them evolve, reinvent and stand out to elevate their careers. Jannine sits on a privately held board, has served on the Melbourne Boston Sister Cities Committee, is an active member of the CEO Circle and was the founding moderator of the Private Health Insurers forum.

Bill is the Managing Partner of Promark Company with locations in Cincinnati and Pittsburgh, successful offices in Career Partners International specializing in career transition, executive coaching and leadership development. He has had the privilege to contribute as an executive leader, start-up entrepreneur, business owner and all stages of global human resources and marketing leadership. He is passionate about helping individuals and organizations get to their next level and has successfully done many times in the Pittsburgh business community.
Terry is President and Managing Partner of Ahria Consulting, the London, Canada office of Career Partners International. In addition to overall leadership of the firm, he leads the development practice area, which includes coaching and training and development solutions. Terry is knowledgeable and has tremendous experience in both the public and private sectors. Serving as a professional coach to many senior officers, Terry is proficient with the delivery of quality best practices that pertain to key employee assessments, retention, development and transition. With a passion for seeing people succeed coupled with a solid business acumen and rigorous academic training, he helps individuals and organizations realize their full potential.
